Lodziarnia Donizetti is a charming place with its location right in the heart of Krakow Old Town. It might take you a while to find this place as it is down a side street, away from one of the main streets but it’s worth tracking down.

Here, you can try real Italian traditional ice cream made in-house and feel like you’ve just arrived from Italy itself. They serve flavorful, thick, creamy ice cream with an authentic taste.

You can tell by the number of clients standing in the queue, that it is worth waiting for. They offer some unusual flavors, like black sesame, chestnut or plum cake. Our most recommended flavors are pistachio, hazelnut and chocolate (real chocolate). Prices are slightly higher compared to other places but definitely worth it for this popular hidden gem!

This is a truly legendary place on the map of Krakow! This favourite Krakow ice cream shop has been here since the time of World War II and looks like it hails from a time gone by. The flavors here take you back to simple childhood days and taste just great. Blueberry is definitely a favourite among customers, along with wild strawberry and some creamy options with dried fruit and nuts. Not to mention the very reasonable price for what you get.
